Consider it an early Christmas present or a treat before the trick – the release date for The Nightmare Before Christmas's long-awaited 4K UHD Blu-ray has finally been announced.

On August 22, fans may anticipate the "ultimate collector's edition" to be released, just in time to add it to their collections before the start of the Halloween season.

The release comes with a two-disc set that we presume will have some supplementary material that will most likely be disclosed later. Even though it is unclear exactly what makes it the "ultimate," it is evident that it features some bonus material.
