In iOS 17, The Apple Savings Account Now Displays a Longer Five-Day Fund Transfer Time

Apple has modified the wording that offers details on the Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer time for Apple Savings account users in the beta version of iOS 17 that the company has released.

When a transfer is performed, the message "Funds are typically available for withdrawal by the 5th business day" is now displayed in IOS 17 beta 2 as a new addition. Before the beta, it stated that "typically, it will take 1-3 business days to complete."

The explanation regarding the transfer period comes as a direct response to the numerous complaints received from Apple Card owners who opted into the Savings account as soon as it was made available.
