On May 7, Prince William and Kate Middleton stunned the crowd of well-wishers who had gathered along the Long Walk outside Windsor Castle in preparation for the Coronation Concert that would take place later that evening.

The Princess of Wales wore a blue Reiss jacket over a white t-shirt and black pants the day after attending the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, wearing traditional dress robes and an ornate floral crown.

She wore these garments one day after attending the ceremony in traditional attire. She accented the understated summer outfit with a pair of her favorite pearl drop earrings and her engagement ring, a sapphire and diamond band similar to Princess Diana's one.

"It was a lovely family atmosphere," one source said of the Big Lunch event, as reported by People. "Right from the beginning, William and Kate had a calm demeanor.

They were posting for selfies and engaging in conversation with children who were wearing crowns. In addition, the source mentioned that "as soon as word went around that they were there, people descended onto the area around the Long Walk."

The future king and queen of the United Kingdom visited Wales in the days leading up to their coronation on May 6. During their time there, they maintained a low-key demeanor when interacting with the locals.
