Diablo 4 Update 3.2.2 (v2.19) Patch Notes Fixes Worldstone Chamber Progression

Published on:

Blizzard Entertainment has released Diablo 4 Update 3.2.2 (Build #73764), addressing critical progression blockers in the seasonal questline and restoring the ability to craft specific unique items. This update was released on September 30, 2026, for all platforms, including PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.

The update primarily targets a major issue in the Worldstone Chamber. Previously, players who entered the portal too quickly would find their quest progression stalled; this timing issue has been corrected to ensure the seasonal story continues properly.

Quest and Dungeon Adjustments

Several location-specific bugs that prevented completion or reward distribution have been resolved:

  • Worldstone Chamber: Entering the portal no longer risks a progression lock.
  • Lester’s Farm: Resolved issues preventing progression within the hive.
  • Chamber of Bone: Fixed an issue where players were not receiving their intended rewards upon completion.
  • The Tower: The Artificer’s Obelisk now correctly displays reward indicators on both the map and minimap.

Horadric Cube and Crafting Changes

This patch restores the functionality of Henri’s Perquisition, a Unique Charm that can now be correctly crafted within the Horadric Cube. Additionally, players can once again interact with the Horadric Post while remaining on their mounts.

The update also addresses a specific issue involving the Edge Runeword. Prior to this patch, the runeword allowed players to receive two items simultaneously from the Purveyor of Curiosities. This interaction has been adjusted to prevent this double reward.

Class and Combat Fixes

Several balance corrections have been implemented to prevent unintended combat loops and ensure rune interactions function as described:

  • Druid: A bug involving the Pulverize skill, which allowed players to indefinitely immobilize a boss while they were in a Staggered state, has been fixed.
  • Sorcerer: The burning damage from the Incinerate Enchantment now correctly triggers the Tal rune.
  • Nihlathak: The boss is now restricted to the designated Boss Arena and can no longer teleport outside of it.

For more detailed information on specific bug fixes, the full list of changes is available on the official Blizzard News site. These updates apply to all supported platforms, including PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
