Blizzard Entertainment released Diablo 4 update 1.119 (version 1.119.000) on September 30, 2026. This update focuses on resolving progression blockers within the seasonal questline and restoring critical crafting functionality for items.
Seasonal and Quest Progression Fixes
The primary fix in this update addresses a progression bug in the Worldstone Chamber seasonal questline. Previously, players who entered the portal too quickly could trigger a state that halted quest advancement. This has been corrected to ensure the sequence triggers properly.
Additionally, the patch restores the ability to craft the Henri’s Perquisition Unique Charm. This item can once again be created using the Horadric Cube, resolving an issue where the recipe was non-functional.
Combat and Balance Changes
Several class-specific interactions and combat bugs have been addressed to stabilize gameplay:
- Druid: A bug involving the Pulverize ability that caused staggered bosses to remain immobilized indefinitely has been resolved.
- Sorcerer: The update corrects an issue where burning damage from the Incinerate Enchantment failed to trigger the Tal rune.
- Edge Runeword: Blizzard corrected an exploit where players could use the Edge Runeword interaction with the Purveyor of Curiosities to receive two items simultaneously.
Boss Mechanics and UI Improvements
The update includes refinements for the Nihlathak boss fight. The developer has implemented a fix to prevent the boss from teleporting outside of the designated Boss Arena boundaries.
UI and navigation improvements include:
- The Artificer’s Obelisk located in The Tower now correctly displays reward indicators on both the primary map and the minimap.
Players can view the full documentation for these changes on the official Blizzard News portal.
