Saber Interactive is set to release Hellraiser: Revival on October 8, 2026, bringing Clive Barker’s seminal horror franchise back to gaming with a focus on first-person survival and supernatural physics. While the title borrows heavily from the exploration and inventory management found in modern Resident Evil entries, its defining feature is the Genesis Configuration—a version of the iconic puzzle box that functions as both a telekinetic weapon and a tool for environmental manipulation.
In Hellraiser: Revival, players take on the role of Aidan Lynch as he traverses the Labyrinth to rescue his girlfriend, Sunny, from the Cenobites. The game includes a weapon durability system where melee weapons break after a certain amount of use.

The Genesis Configuration elevates the gameplay beyond standard melee and firearm encounters. Functioning similarly to a supernatural gravity gun, the box allows Aidan to seize environmental objects and hurl them at attackers. It also features an elemental absorption system, enabling players to siphon fire or other hazards from the environment and redirect them as offensive blasts. These mechanics are central to the brutal puzzles found throughout the Labyrinth, where the box must be manipulated to solve complex, multi-stage riddles that gate progress.
The game is being developed and published by Saber Interactive. Doug Bradley also returns to the franchise to provide the voice for Pinhead, the leader of the Cenobites.
Hellraiser: Revival will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The Standard Edition is priced at $39.99, while a $49.99 Deluxe Edition includes the base game along with the “Labyrinth Pistol” and “Martyr Sawblade” cosmetic skins as pre-order incentives. The game’s primary antagonists include the Scarlet Church and The Unworthy, factions that populate the shifting, non-Euclidean corridors of the Labyrinth.
